1) Agreement to these Terms

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent you have authority to bind that organisation.

2) Educational use only

The Service provides educational content and practice materials only. It is not medical advice and is not a substitute for professional clinical judgement, supervision, or guidelines.

3) Accounts

You are responsible for your account activity and for keeping your login credentials secure. You must not share your account or provide access to others.

4) Subscriptions, billing, and cancellation

If you purchase a subscription, you authorise us (and our payment processor) to charge your payment method in accordance with the plan shown at checkout. Subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled. You can cancel at any time, effective at the end of the then-current billing period unless stated otherwise at checkout.

5) Refunds (case-by-case) + Australian Consumer Law

Refund requests are assessed on a case-by-case basis, at our discretion, subject to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantees, rights, or remedies you may have under the ACL that cannot be excluded.

6) Acceptable use (no scraping, no sharing, no misuse)

You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, scrape, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract any part of the Service or content (including question banks and answers) except where expressly permitted. You must not bypass access controls, interfere with security, or use the Service to build a competing product.

7) Academic integrity / no plagiarism

You must not present our content as your own or use the Service to facilitate cheating or academic dishonesty. We may suspend or terminate access where we reasonably believe misuse has occurred.

8) Intellectual property

All content, branding, and software are owned by us or our licensors and protected by law. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Service for your individual educational purposes during an active subscription (or permitted free access), subject to these Terms.

9) Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law (and subject to the ACL), the Service is provided “as is” and “as available” and we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Service.

10) Changes to the Service and Terms

We may update the Service and these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after an update takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.

11) Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia and the laws of Victoria. You submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria and the Commonwealth of Australia.
